Uses
• Connect a DisplayPort-enabled computer to a DVI monitor. Dell® and other desktop PC manufacturers are starting to include DisplayPort on their computers in addition to or for replacing other video outputs. (DisplayPort is about the size of HDMI™ and thus takes up less space than a VGA port allowing desktop PC makers to make thinner laptops). Many current monitors do not have DisplayPort. This adapter cable allows users to connect their monitors to their new computers.
